Preconstruction Planning
Preconstruction services occur prior to construction begins to help our clients and projects owners identify, plan, and analyze needs for construction. This early effort provides clients with insight regarding the processes and tasks that will make their project functional and financially viable.
Design/Build
Trust is the underlying pillar for design-build projects. When trust is developed and fostered between the owner, contractor, and engineer, a remarkable synergy is created which translates to successful projects and satisfied clients. By taking a coordinated team approach to complex projects, Piquer provides a single source of responsibility from initial design to final sign-off.
Construction
Management
Our construction management philosophy focuses on developing an interactive, inclusive working relationship among the client, the design firms, and the construction team. We provide construction management services in two phases: preconstruction and construction.
Acquisitions
At Piquer we currently acquire both existing assets as well as property for development and redevelopment. Our targets include land for immediate build-to-suit or future development inventory, distressed commercial loans, CBD and suburban office. In addition, our relationships with leading financial partners ensure stable sources of equity and debt as well as opportunities to source deals.
General Contracting
As a general contractor, Piquer is responsible for managing and building new construction as well as repairing and restoring maintenance projects for commercial and government clients. General contractors ensure that the architecture/engineering firm's vision is completed as designed. At Piquer we also serve as the overall project supervisor and ensure that subcontractors (such as plumbing, heating and air conditioning, painting, roofing) perform services as described and agreed.
Property Management
Property managers at Piquer are hands on with the daily operations of all properties, giving top priority to providing owners with real-time information through custom financial reports and personal communication. By serving as the owner representative of a property, Piquer is able to successfully and proactively manage all facets of cash flow, day to day operations and tenant relations.

Piquer is a Florida-based construction firm headquartered in the heart of Miami. Founded in 2016 by Jesus Aguilera to leverage his family’s 30 plus years of building experience. The company's focus has primarily been multi-family, private and public projects throughout the South Florida. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager our success depends on building the best team for each project. Our ability to deliver high quality projects on time and give our clients the personal attention to their needs defines who we are.
