Jesus F. Aguilera
CEO
As the General Contractor, Mr. Aguilera oversees the entire operations of Piquer. Mr. Aguilera strives to provide the highest quality service to every client on every project.
Mr. Aguilera specializes in commercial and residential construction projects.

His experience includes complex high-density developments, multi-residential developments, educational facilities and commercial projects. Working with pre-construction through operations including project planning, team development, schedule, quality, financial performance, and overall client relationship and satisfaction.
Jesus R. Aguilera
CFO
With over 30 years experience in the construction industry Jesus joined the Piquer team in 2013.
Prior joining Piquer, Mr. Aguilera has been part of many project types in Venezuela, including hospitality, education, and class A office space. Throughout his career, Mr. Aguilera has managed the construction of nearly 4,000,000 SF of projects, with responsibilities ranging from Construction Management, Owner Representative, and Field Operations.
Hernan Perilla
Project Manager
Mr. Perilla joined the company in 2016 as a Project Manager. Mr. Perilla's project experience extends from tiny remodels to multibillion-dollar superstructures, and he approaches every one of them with a quality-first mentality, as seen by the high-caliber partnerships he's built throughout the industry.

Mr. Perilla is well-versed in the most up-to-date technological construction processes, as well as a highly organized, detail-oriented time manager with outstanding communication skills.
Jose Rios
Civil Engineer - Estimator
As an Estimator, Mr. Rios builds strong relationships with clients through her dedication to their projects, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. His experience and skills are a natural complement to Piquer's mission to prioritize owner and architect relationships while consistently delivering results.

His experience also includes design of roadway and highway drainage structures, major utility infrastructure, subdivisions, preparation of bidding documents, specifications, construction management, and field inspection.
Andres Aguilera
Civil Engineer
Andres Aguilera joined Piquer in 2018 as an intern. He graduated from Florida International University with a B.S in Civil Engineer in 2022.
Maria Laura Montilla
Project Manager Assistant
Ms. Montilla has 4 years’ experience in construction finance and business development. Since 2019, Maria has held various roles related to estimating, acquisition, development, financial underwriting and analysis.

Ms. Montilla has been with Piquer since 2021. She works closely with the project manager to assist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and job proposals
